- 56% of surveyed small business respondents still don’t use a CRM solution to manage their customer data.
- Nearly half of the small business respondents (47.95%) who don't use a CRM solution believe that "their company is too small to need one".
- 95% of respondents who use a CRM solution rated their customer experience as excellent (55%) or good (40%), while non-CRM users held a generally lower opinion of their customer service.
- 52% of respondents spend over $100 a month for their CRM solution. A meagre 4.5% respondents use free CRM solutions.
- 42% of respondents stated that a CRM solution helps them save 5-10 hours per week.
