The navigation panel lists all the modules in Bigin. Click on any module to view its content.
The Pipelines module houses all your team Pipelines and Sub-Pipelines, each of which helps you visualize and streamline the stages involved in a particular business operation—whether it's sales or customer support.
The Contacts module serves as a repository for all your customer and prospect data, ranging from their contact details to any deals associated with them.
With the Companies module, you can store and access all the information related to the companies you're in business with.
Keep track of all the products and services your company offers with the Products module.
Schedule and follow up on all your calls, tasks and events with the Activities module.
Set goals, track your progress, and get deep insights into your business using the Dashboards module.
Capture leads effectively, communicate with your customers, and stay on top of your chat history with the Messages module.
Use the search bar to find anything in Bigin. Search using any keyword and Bigin will list every contact, opportunity, company, and activity associated with your search term.
Tap on the + icon to create a new record in any module quickly.
The easiest way to add a record in your desired module in just one click.
Get a notification whenever your team members mention you in a note or update records that you own or follow.
Bigin's Signals alerts you of interactions with your customers through email, phone, X (Formerly Twitter), or other communication channels.
Click on the Settings icon to manage users, fields, pipelines, integrations, and more.
Click on your profile picture to view your subscription info, links to access a variety of help resources, Bigin Community, and to sign out of your Bigin account.

A pipeline is an online replica of your sales cycle and its stages, but in Bigin, it's more than that. You can use Team Pipelines to manage your entire team and streamline your operations.
Organizations often have multiple teams, and to enable them to perform their day-to-day activities efficiently, you can create a distinct pipeline for each team.
Create Sub-pipelines within Team Pipelines if there are different set of stages in a specific business process.

Each pipeline is divided into columns representing the stages involved in a particular operation, enabling you to track the status of all your records and give them stage-appropriate attention.
You can move a record from one stage to the next by simply dragging and dropping it.
Find deals faster by filtering them by their stage and other factors.
Add a new opportunity or click on the dropdown for more options.
Toggle between views to access your data in the desired format.
The list view enables you to group and view records based on specific criteria.
Use the sheet view to view and edit your records in the familiar spreadsheet format.
The list and sheet views also provide a rundown of all the records present in the module.
Click on any opportunity to open it.

View a history of all changes made to an opportunity, updated chronologically.

Contacts module in Bigin allows you to add all your contacts in one place along with the companies that they are related to.
Find contacts faster by filtering them by stage and other attributes.
Add a new contact or choose an option from the dropdown list.
Click on any contact to open it fully.

In addition to the kind of information present in a pipeline record, you can also view details about the various pipelines with which a particular contact is associated.
View your social media interactions with the contact here.
View your chat history and communicate with your contacts.
Rearrange the tabs however you want them.
Start or schedule a meeting with the contact.
Send a quick email to the contact.
Edit contact details.
Clone, edit, duplicate, or merge.
The organization with which you hold a business relationship, can be added as companies in your Bigin account.
Bigin allows you to group records of the same kind in a particular view. There are various standard views available such as My Companies, New Last Week, New This Week, Recently Created Companies, Recently Modified Companies, etc. You can also create custom list views if required.
Add a new company.
Click on any company to view in full.
Add basic info, descriptions and tags here.
View or add contacts from the company to Bigin.
Bigin's Products module helps you manage the complete life cycle of the product or service that you provide to your customers.
Bigin allows you to group records of the same kind in a particular view. There are various standard views available such as All Products, My Products, Active Products, etc. You can also create custom list views if required.
Add a new product or select options to add from the dropdown box.
Click on any product to view it in full.
View basic info, add descriptions and tags to each product.
Activities module in Bigin allows you to add your events, tasks or calls that you have with your customers. You can also choose to be reminded of your activity so that you don't miss them anymore.
The calendar view is an easy-to-navigate visual representation of all your scheduled tasks, events, and calls.
Add a new activity by simply clicking on the desired date and time and scheduling the call, task, or event using the pop-up.
View your activities with as much detail as you like.
Click on an activity to view its details.
Use the mini-calendar to easily navigate to a specific date with a single click.
Focus on specific activities by filtering them by activity type, ownership, and status.
Toggle between the Tasks, Events, and Calls tabs to view upcoming and completed activities.
Create tasks to keep track of specific work items you have to carry out within a given time frame.
Create events to keep track of planned activities taking place at a specific place and time.
Log inbound and outbound calls with relevant details, such as call duration, date and time of calls, notes, and more. Go a step further and activate Bigin's built-in telephony to make and receive calls from within the app.

Dashboards are used to monitor business performance and the reports are shown to provide a quick and easy overview of how your business is performing with the help of charts, KPIs.
Choose from a list of built in Dashboards or create your own Dashboard from scratch.
Click here to edit components on the Dashboard.
Add a new KPI or chart component to the Dashboard.
Use KPIs to measure your performance based on specific business objectives like revenue generated, sales calls made, leads acquired, and more.
For easy analysis and interpretation, charts consolidate and visually represent countless varieties of valuable data, ranging from the number of deals salespeople have closed to the number of emails they've sent out each month.
Set goals for critical metrics and visualize your progress using target meters.
Analyze the underlying data that makes up your charts, KPIs, and target meters with the Dashboard Drilldown feature.
Respond to messages promptly, maintain the chat history linked to each contact, and process your customers' requirements quickly using Bigin's Messages module.
View all incoming messages from your customers and prospects in Bigin.
Focus on the chats assigned to you by switching to the My Chats tab.
Click on the Filter icon to locate specific chats quickly.
Filter out chats based on specific criteria, like the date of the conversation, assigned user, and status.
Transfer chats effortlessly to other Bigin users.
Access all the information you need while responding to customers, all in the same window.
Create records and notes in relevant pipelines based on the information provided in a message.
Use the Quick Replies feature to reduce response times by curating pre-defined responses for frequently asked questions.
Finally, once your chat is resolved, mark it as closed.

Invite new users to your Bigin account, assign them roles, and set restrictions on the actions they can perform.
Click on tabs to view Current Users, Profiles, and Roles, or to add new ones.
Create custom Pipeline Fields and Module Fields.
Create or edit Sub-pipelines and their stages.
Design forms that can be shared as links, QR codes, or even as website embed codes. This allows you to capture prospects as Contacts in your Bigin account upon submission.
Easily automate repetitive yet integral actions with Bigin. Set a trigger, the condition to be met, the action to be executed, and you're done.
Control how administrators manage data in Bigin.
Make Bigin more powerful by adding features and functionalities that enhance its utility. You can even build your own toppings or choose from hundreds of third-party apps from Bigin's marketplace.
Set up your email inbox in your Bigin account. Select email templates, enable email sharing, update organizational emails between departments, and more.

Social allows you to link your X (Formerly Twitter) account with Bigin. As an administrator, you can view your feed, posts, and reply to posts, DMs, and reposts. You can also restrict other users from viewing X reports based on their roles.
Set up a PBX center for your Bigin account. Get started with Zoho's built-in PBX system or choose a third-party PBX application from the Zoho Marketplace.
Signals notify you of calls, emails, email insights, X actions, and Zoho Desk notifications. You can select what to be notified of and disable notifications for the rest.
