Choose the type of event the booking page is meant for. Is it a one-on-one meeting or a group session?

Enter basic information like the name and description of the service you are offering, along with your business logo.

Enter the duration of the appointments and specify the time slots during which you'll be available.

 

 

Now, create a form that collects all the required data from your clients while they book their appointment.

 


Once you've created the booking page, you can further fine tune the scheduling process using the Advanced Settings options. For example, you can set buffer time before and after each booking and the maximum number of bookings that can be made for a day.

The booking page is now ready for sharing! Embed it in your website and share the link or QR code via email, WhatsApp messages, social media, or any other preferred channel.


Here's what will happen when a booking is made!

Once you've shared a booking page, all you have to do is sit back and watch the appointments pour in.

As soon as a customer accesses the easy-to-navigate booking page, they'll have to choose a suitable date and time from the available slots and enter the required details in the form.

The data from the form will be captured automatically and used to create a record in the Contacts module and an event or a call in the Activities module.

Each booking will automatically be assigned to a fixed team member or distributed between several members on a round-robin basis, based on your requirements.

Bigin will automatically send out reminders to both the customer and the team member handling the booking to further reinforce the schedule.
